Feeling Overwhelmed?

  • Know that what you are feeling is just that, a feeling. Feelings are not facts.

  • Take three deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Slowly.

  • Put things in perspective. Ask, "How important is this really?"

  • Hit the PAUSE button. Meaning slow down from whatever you are doing and reflect.

  • Call someone you love and TRUST.

  • Journal about whatever you're feeling.
